1. Eligibility

Refunds are considered for subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of a new purchase, where the Service was not substantially used. Free-tier usage is not refundable.

2. How to Request

Email us at the address below with your account and purchase reference. We review requests within a few business days.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

4. Non-refundable Items

One-time add-ons, consumed credits, and promotional purchases are generally non-refundable.
